About Classes
Hatha Yoga
This class is a gentle, slow-paced practice focusing on basic poses and mindful breathing. It helps improve flexibility, strength, posture, and relaxation while reducing stress and calming the mind. We have day-wise asana thema.
Ashtanga Yoga
This class is a structured and powerful practice that synchronizes breath with a progressive series of postures. This dynamic flow generates internal heat, builds strength, and improves stamina while bringing clarity to the mind.
Pranayama Meditation
This class helps reduces stress, sharpens concentration, enhances emotional balance, and nurtures spiritual well-being. Promotes a calm, steady mind and a more centered approach to daily life.
Kids Yoga
Ages 4 – Through playful movements, children learn balance, flexibility, and mindfulness. It's helps they can move freely, build confidence, and connect with their emotions.
Kids Dance
Ages 5 - This Kids Dance Class is a fun and energetic program where children learn popular K-pop/Hip-Hop dance moves while building confidence and creativity.
Relaxation Yoga
This class promotes physical and emotional recovery, improves sleep quality, reduces anxiety, and enhances emotional well-being. It helps reset the nervous system and bring the mind to a calm, centered state.
Sports Therapy
This class is personal resistance therapy. It aims to improve muscle strength, power, range of motion, injury prevention, and athletic performance. It is highly effective for rehabilitation and conditioning.

Notes:
- Tickets can be used for all lessons including online. (Excluding Sports Therapy class)
- Tickets can be used for one month.
- Tickets cannot be shared.
